I have a question, Jason~

Today, I had contact with one of my favorite high school teachers with whom I couldn't get in touch often. So, I and my friend planned to visit her on this Teachers Day on the phone. Unfortunately, however, after I hung up the phone, I have realized that the day falls on 'Thursday' when we have class. Actually, you know most elementary and secondary schools have been off that day since a few years ago, but universities are not included. I think it's unfair.ㅠㅠ Finally after several trials for rearrangement, I failed because my teacher is now in the local education ministry and she's only available after 6. What should i do? I want to know if there's any possible change on teachers day.
