Qualified Teachers Are the Way to Improve English Education
Classroom is the intimate field for interaction between the teacher and the student. When learning a language, students have been more influenced by teachers unlike studying other academic subjects. Teachers themselves are the mirrors reflecting how to take advantage of the language. Besides competent English teachers are the integral part for improve English education.
To begin with, Language learning should be engaged in refining on skills, communication with people and thus a good teacher should be a good role model. English class is not a subject, dating back to history researching a topic very hard. With a skillful language teacher, students can acquire constructive and creative interaction skills to make them understood in foreign language in the end. To know a language means that one has communicative competence. In EFL environments, like Korea, students will have more benefits from more frequent exposure to natural English usage by their qualified English-speaking teachers.
Next, a commendable teacher can make progress developing a variety of methodology of English education. Diverse approaches are essential to learn the English language for the second language learner. Taking a good example from Finnish English education, we could find something to adopt in Korea. Finnish is also classified as an Ural Altaic, which includes Korean and Japanese. Finland government makes a rule to employ highly qualified teachers, masters of a language. Finnish English teachers teach English in various ways of approaches. This is how they communicate with the students and develop their speaking skills.
Last but certainly not least, with more qualified teachers, English education can be staying away from overflowing private tutoring. Pathological obsession with after school education should give way to the trustful learning at public school. Instead of each family costing too much budget for compelling students to go to the prep school, a considerable amount of money will have to be spent on having a happy family as well as a country well fared. Teachers must play a key role in the student-centered class. When seeing a car broken, only if the key parts were to be replaced with the authentic and fit for the problems, the car would be flying on the road.
To sum up, quality English education stems from the more qualified English teachers. Just as Finland, without any private but only public school, Korean English teachers can also teach English very well. Those teachers will be committed to making themselves be a role model, finding out many ways to educate English and benefiting economically both for an individual and the government. Based on efficient and effective school system, the government will continuously be trying to manage to employ more advanced English teachers in a way of English education in Finland.

As you said, Finnish English education can be a benchmark for us to follow as part of the recruitment of English teachers
I was told that when it comes to hiring English teachers, the Finnish goverment sets a rule that an English teacher should have experience of staying English speaking countries at a certain amount of time.
In addition, it is natural and quite common for most Finnishes to go to a foreign country. So, Finnish people are very open-minded and have more opportunities to practice speaking.
But, we all know that there are many qualified teachers who have never been to English speaking countries but have a good command of English.

I 'm eager to see how goverment's innovative hiring system for competent English teachers would change overall English educational environment. Why don't they think of any ways to choose fluent English speaking teachers among those having teachers' certificates. It is the issue that makes me consider the teachers' competence in teaching English.
