The new government is willing to building new English education system in public school. Therefore, there are many recruitments pulling native English speaking teachers into public system. However, it is not easy to find the ways of effective team working between local and native teachers because Korean teachers are not familiar with native teachers and do not get used to speaking English everyday. That is why, I strongly suggest that there are two steps that first of all, they should be close to each other using help information about living life in Korea and then they make lesson plans all together in sincerity for effective instruction

First of all, local and native teachers should try to know each other. Native teachers would not know Korean culture and simple things such as opening bank account, where they buy something in cheap price. At that time, if local teachers can help them or give some useful information, native teachers would have good impressions. Thus, next time, when they communicate with each other for anything, they would be in better and comfortable atmosphere, which mean that they easily say something good and bad in front of people. Plus, if it is possible, they try to make social meeting for checking whether they have problems or not in Korea life. The most important thing is for first stage that local teachers should concentrate on native teacher’s Korean life.

Secondly, if everything is going well, local teachers should bring the English education in Korea regrading how important it is and how Korean parents react about English to public school and their children for sharing ideas and measuring how much they recognize real Korean society situations. If native teachers do not understand those reality, local teachers should explain to them for providing motivating English lesson to students. After that, they should start discussing how to manage the class when they do together such as what methods would be impressive for students, who is in charge of speaking class and grammar class. The most significant thing is that local and native teachers are the same status because local teachers could think that we are in higer positions than native teachers.

In conclusion, setting dramatic and impressive instrutions all together both local and native teachers would not a easy task. However this is one of the our obligations for next generation. Of course, it would take time to settle it down, but if we can do that using two steps such as knowing each other for making comfortable communication environment, discussion of how to manage and make effective lesson plans, we would creat unbelievable English environment not to worry about the fact that we have burden to speak English.
