English is very important in Korea. So these days, many public school recruit native English speaking teachers. Native teachers are very useful for students to speak English naturally and understand their culture well, However, if there is no cooperation between Korean teacher and native teacher, this way can't get best effect.

First, Korean teacher should be mediator. Native teachers can't know Korean culture and Korean students style. Sometimes these difference can throw them into confusion. Like native teacher, students also have same confusion sometimes. In this case, local teacher's role is very important. They must help both of them to understand each other.

Second, native teacher shoul help local teacher to improve their speaking and listening skill. They also can help local teacher to understand Western culture. Through working with native teacher, Korean teacher can progress their English skill natural way. Thhey don't have to go to abroad to progress their English skill. This way may be very economic way to build superior teacher.

Last, Korean teacher and native teacher should share their own country's good method of teaching , material and information. If they prepare their lesson together, they can make plentiful and brand-new lesson. Students can listen the lesson which mix good thing of other country.

In conclusion, Korean teacher and native teacher must help each other various ways. They also must share their idea and information. Then, students can get high quality class.
