Final Exam Instructions - Part 3 Empty Final Exam Instructions - Part 3

Post  Jason Renshaw Thu May 22 2008, 13:22

Hello students,

This is the third and final part of your final examination task. It is also the most flexible and easy-to-apply part!

What you need to do for this section is look around this forum at the video news stories and lesson plans composed by your colleagues. Your task is to respond to as many as your colleagues as possible, telling them:

1. What you think of the video content
2. What you like about their lesson plan
3. What you don't understand or would like to see clarified in their lesson plan
4. At least one potential improvement or addition that could make the lesson plan even better

This part of the exam is worth 10 points (bringing the total points available for the exam to 25 points). Obviously, the more people you respond to, the better. However, in rating your performance, I will be looking at the quality and depth of your responses to colleagues as well as the total number of responses you make. I will try to find a fair balance between quantity and quality, in other words.

Here's the good news: YOU HAVE TWO WEEKS TO GET THIS FINAL STAGE COMPLETED! The deadline for completing this will be Thursday, June 5, at 6.00pm.

Okay, good luck with it, everybody. I know you can do this well, and I'm really looking forward to seeing your efforts.

Best wishes,

~ Jason

Final Exam Instructions - Part 3 Empty Can I ask you something, sir? ^^*

Post  jihyun Fri May 23 2008, 10:52

I was trying to write a reply to the someone's lesson plan.
And I could see some of them did a second final exam with 4 different parts(separately), others did as a just one part or two or so.
So, I don't know how to add a reply .
It doesn't matter to add a reply anywhere???

When I think back of my own Lesson plan, I did it with dividing into two parts.
First -summary, and second-Lesson plan.
I think if I divide my lesson plan part into 3 different parts as different sections, it would be much easier
for people to add a reply for each section. I am not sure, though.
I just wonder whether it is ok to write an reply anywhere or should I divide my lesson plan into different sections so people can add for different section's replay separately( so do I )?

I am just wondering. ^______________________^ I love you

Um...........Everybody just added the reply below the last one. I think I can do the same.
Thanks~~~^^*

Hi Ji-hyun,

You can respond to people's lesson plans in whatever way you feel most comfortable. I would probably suggest simply hitting the "reply" button and typing your comments in that way.

I don't think you need to restructure your own lesson plan. I'm sure your class colleagues understand it as is and will figure out the best way to respond to your ideas.

Hope that helps!

~ Jason

I'm so sorry that we have no time to discuss the class activity in the future , this semester is almost over and I have not enough time to study due to my situation and my poor health (actually, now I stand with many shots of hospital).
And thank you so much Prof. Jason Renshaw during this semester.

Take care of you and your family including your future baby....
